So yesterday I went green. I decided instead of hopping in my car and driving to the grocery store I would walk. It has been rainy on and off the past week, so I decided to take advantage of the weather and stroll down to the store. I didn't push myself by any means, but it felt good to get out and about since most of my weekend was spent inside. I walked about a half hour total there and back, and I even remembered my grocery tote! So not only did I not pollute the air with gasoline fumes, I saved a rubber tree. The totes make it much easier to carry groceries back home.
